Scientists tell us that everything is energy and that everything is vibrating. Other people sometimes pick up our vibration – they feel the ‘vibes’ – without us even being fully aware of our own emotional state.
If we are to live the life we really want, our focus should always be on our vibrations – how do we feel? If we don’t like how we feel, what can we do to change it?
New discoveries in quantum physics, neuroscience and epigenetics in recent years are now verifying that what we think and feel plays a dominant role in the condition of our health, longevity, abilities, limitations, healing, happiness and even our reality. So it make sense to pay attention to how we are feeling and what we are thinking.
When you know that your thoughts and emotions vibrate at different frequencies and you know that “like attracts like” (Law of Attraction), you will appreciate that you can start to alter your life by doing all you can to create and maintain ‘good vibrations’.
