They create a space for an employee to identify areas for improved performance, work through workplace conflicts or challenges, develop personal leadership that allows for a greater sense of meaning and purpose, personally and professionally.

One-to-One Coaching for the workplace can take place in person, online (phone/Zoom) or possible outdoors with a Walk & Talk coaching session
